"State farm is providing outstanding service through the use of using REAL PEOPLE. What is greatly substantial, is the fact that when you make a phone call, you are not dealing with Prompts ( press 1 for this, and 2 for that). When making the phone call, what you get is a TRUE REAL PERSON that answers the phone, and tries to figure out what it is you need; From there, you move on through your own personal process of getting things done. Additionally, to mention the representatives you speak with are sure to hear you out, and pay great attention to the details."
